To inquire about getting a YES WE CAN Toolkit (available as of summer 2004),

June and July 2004 we are fulfilling our grant objectives by disseminating
Toolkits to the five asthma learning collaboratives based in California.
Beginning August 2004, remaining Toolkits are available for sale while
supplies last. We will email order forms starting in mid-August to those
who have inquired about Toolkits, and will fulfill orders on a first come,
first served basis. For more information about purchasing a Toolkit now,
